How can I make an Alice in Wonderland party?

It’s my 18th birthday soon and I’m planning on having an Alice in Wonderland themed garden party
I need ideas for: Costumes, food, decorations, gift bags and cocktails.
My outfit is the most important thing to me I want to look sexy but not too slutty as most of the fancy dress costumes appear to me all ideas are welcome
