I really wanna be Alice for halloween but I don’t want a slutty costume or a costume that’s not made very well.
Kind of like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/Alices-Adventures-in-Wonderland-handmade-costume-charm_W0QQitemZ350101186758QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item350101186758&_trkparms=72%3A1423%7C39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A12%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
but not on ebay. I also don’t want it to be really expensive like 0.
If you can’t find an already made costume could you find a store that sells a dress that sort of looks like that? because I could easily get an apron or something.
thaaanks.

I’m 13 and I’m playing Alice in my school’s production of Alice in wonderland. I have two costume ideas and I was wondering if i should stick with the more traditional blue bell dress with the apron over it, or go with a dress I already own. It’s blue, with a plaid print and it goes down to my knees. It’s really cute. My friends are divided, some love my dress, others think I should stay traditional. What should I do??

I’m going as a traditional Alice (In Wonderland) for Halloween. Here’s what I have so far:
A light blue flutter sleeve dress (http://media.photobucket.com/image/Light… It looks like this with more of a sweet heart neckline and it’s light blue of course.)
An apron (It looks something like this http://www.lcscrafthouse.com/image/wh%20…
Black Shoes (http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104… those are my exact shoes)
And white knee high socks.
I’m also considering bringing a white rabbit plushie with me.
My questions are:
Should I wear any nail polish?
I have short brown hair (Not your traditional Alice hair *lol* ) so should I put it in pig tails or leave it down?
Any other suggestions?
I have a white petticoat too that sticks out slightly under the dress.

i don’t want to buy one i would like to make one. she is 13 so she does not want it to kiddish like a big fluffy apron. but she does want the really puffy dress. i do love to sew so if you could just find me a pattern.
her hair is red should i use a wig or color her hair (washable) just for the night or just put a black ribbon and leave the red hair?
thank you :]

My friend and i are going to be alice and the mad hatter and we both want to be sexy, but not to risque. I don’t want to buy my costume because I like to add my own fashion sense to it.
1) does anyone know where I could get a light blue dress and apron?
2) Hair: better straight? or curled?
3) Red lip stick or no?
