i’ve been invited to a fancy dress party, and the theme is film stars or characters from films.
My friends and I came up with the idea of disney characters, and ive been looking up snow white/alice in wonderland etc.

has anyone got any good ideas of what i could hbe, or where i could find costumes for these that aren’t really slutty like the ones that usually come up?

i like the idea of quite short/cheeky costumes you know like the little alice in wonderland ones
but anything cute or unusual, i thought about queen amidala from star wars or a geisha costume or sailor moon lol

i have already been to a party as a burlesque dancer so that options ruled out

I recently met a friend from College who is having an Alice In Wonderland themed birthday party. She asked me to sing for her boyfriend’s band. The songs are mostly by Paramore.

I have never sung for a band before and there’s going to be a little over 50 people there. I need some tips on how to interact with the crowd?

Also I am not like all of those singers from Flyleaf and Paramore that are all skinny skinny, so I tend to sweat more. Any tips on how to keep cool on stage?

For Halloween this year, I wanted to be something sexy… but not something that’s common like a nurse, maid, witch, Dorothy, Goldilocks, etc. Last year, I was a cop and I LOVED the costume. No one else had it at the party I went to, and people were constantly asking about it.
I have been looking for costumes like Mad Hatter, Betty Boop, Eskimo Chick….but I’m having a hard time deciding. I am very open to any ideas anyone would have for me!!
**I’m very skinny with a C chest… so something to flatter that maybe?? This is what I wore last year…
